🌞 1. Daily Skin Protection & Repair
Morning routine:
- Vitamin C serum (antioxidant protection)
- Moisturizer with CoQ10
- Broad-spectrum sunscreen (La Roche-Posay UV Mune 400 SPF 50+)
Evening routine:
- Retinol 0.5% (progressively increasing concentration)
- Hyaluronic acid serum
- Ceramide-based eye cream
- Copper peptide serum (after shaving on retinol-free days)
- Exfoliation with AHA + LHA cleanser a few times per week
🧪 2. Supplementation
A precision stack targeting skin, collagen, mitochondria, and cellular repair:
- Collagen peptides (bovine + marine)
- Astaxanthin, Resveratrol (in rotation)
- Vitamin C (approximately 500 mg)
- Zinc (organic form like picolinate)
- Copper (cycled, balanced with zinc)
