My VHS

I’m not really sure what year this VCR is from. It was in the house since forever, and I don’t want to risk opening it just to check some date on the power supply or silicon board (maybe one day I’ll be brave enough). On this machine I watched the same cartoons again and again — back when TV had only 4 channels, you had to fill the time somehow.

My VHS collection is not very big yet, but I’ll work on growing it. The VCR went for a little “revival” in August 2025. Soon I plan to transfer my tapes to DVD, and maybe also record something on the fresh blank cassettes I bought.
